Could my dog be sick from and ear infection? 100 points for whoever gets it right!?

I'm pretty sure it is an infection starting in the bottom of her ear (as someone told me on this already) and my dog is a very small dog, a pomeranian, and she is very over dramatic about discomfort. For a little while there has been things going on with her ears. We cleaned them out and there is no more dirt to be seen, but she is still acting strange... not as strange as before (thank God) before she would anticipate that we would hurt her, and she would yelp for no apparent reason, and when she tried to bark she yelped instead. It sounded like somebody was stepping on her :P Anyway, I think she has been puking up stuff, and she is NOT energetic AT ALL! She normally runs around crazily with my other dogs and plays with them, and runs away from us when we try to pick her up. Please help!
