Sims 3.? Relationship problems help? ?

Ok. So i met this guy on riverview in sims 3 and my sim n him got really interested in eachother. Only tO realize he has "commitmen issues " trait. So my sim "woohoo" him but i accidentally clicked "try for a baby" . The guy brok up with my sim n shes having his baby. After the child birth my sim still wants to hoom up with her ex. Cus she randomly flirts with him . I was wondering if my sim shud stay with this guy or move on? And this guy has a lifetime wish of "heartbreaker"
